keylogger for local network

Hello i am looking after for a keylogger program to use it at my local network .General i want to monitor the activities of any device is connected at my network. I want to capture emails ,messages screenshots and if it is possible passwords .Is there any free software or has anyone upload similar software ?

PS:I know i do not have reputation +30 to request something but i just asking if there is already an upload here in cracking forum or does anyone knows where to find it
